📊 RRB JE Vacancy & Qualification 2025

Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) Level 6 3-year Diploma / BE / B.Tech in any engineering stream
Chemical Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) Level 6 B.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Science (min. 45% marks)

✅ Higher qualifications like BE/B.Tech are accepted in place of Diploma.
❌ AMIE/AMIETE/GIETE are not eligible.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Indian citizens (with provisions for Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet as per rules).
  • Age Limit: 18 – 33 years (as on 01.01.2026).
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • OBC-NCL: +3 years
    • PwBD: +10 years (+ category relaxation)
    • Ex-Servicemen: +3 years after service deduction
  • Medical Standards: A-3, B-1, C-1 depending on post.
  • Application Rule: Only one application per candidate; multiple applications will be rejected.

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

    • Technical & aptitude-based questions
    • Negative marking: 1/3rd mark deducted for wrong answers
    • Exam available in 15 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, etc.
  2. Document Verification (DV)

    • Candidates must meet prescribed medical standards (A-3/B-1/C-1).
    • Specific rules for eyesight and Lasik surgery apply.
