1. Child’s Passport Size Photo

• Latest color photo with clear face

• Plain background

• Format: JPG

• Size: Below 500KB

2. Child’s Aadhaar Card

• Mandatory for identity verification

• Must have correct name as per birth certificate

• If not available, apply at nearest Aadhaar center

3. Parent/Guardian Aadhaar Card

• Father or mother Aadhaar required

• Name must match all other documents

4. Birth Certificate

• Main proof of age

• Issued by Gram Panchayat / Municipality / Hospital

• File size: Maximum 500KB

• Format: JPG or PDF

• Resolution: 200–300 DPI

• Documents must be clear and readable
